No matter how strong an athlete is when it comes time to do a WOD they will only perform to the limits of their engine. This engine is based around your aerobic capacity. BCF's Aerobic Capacity program will include two weekly aerobic workouts tailored to YOU and geared to help you build your engine. The workouts are designed to be added to your current training regimen and will be roughly 20-40 minutes in length. These workout will be done on your own time.
BCF Members - $25 per month
NON-BCF Members - $50 per month
BCF's Engine Building is an ongoing class. You may start up at anytime but we ask for a 30-day notice when canceling.
