Mike Parise - Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Coach

Mike Parise

Mike Parise is a dedicated Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) coach with over a decade of experience in the sport. 
Holding a purple belt, Mike began his journey with the prestigious Carlson Gracie Team under the guidance of Master Ricardo Cavalcanti, who is a coral belt under Grandmaster Carlson Gracie Sr.


Jiu Jitsu is not just a sport for Mike—it's a passion that drives him to foster growth and development within the community. His coaching philosophy centers on cultivating both skilled athletes and respectful individuals, emphasizing that Jiu Jitsu builds confidence and character. 


Mike is committed to sharing his love for the sport and helping students excel both on and off the mats becoming the versions of themselves .







Marques Daniels - Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Coach

Marques Daniels


Marques Daniels, Impact Jiu-Jitsu black belt who began his journey 15 years ago. Prior to delving into the world of MMA and BJJ , Marques served as an Army  Ranger, honing his skills in leadership and the art of combat.


He developed a passion for empowering soldiers, which led him to become a combatives instructor, where he discovered the transformative power of Jiu Jitsu in both physical and mental resilience.


Marques channels that expertise and passion into teaching first responders in the C4C program, helping Adults through their BJJ journey, and coaching a solid Teens program to find their confidence not only in Jiu Jitsu but in life as well.
