Clean and Jerk 

During this class, we will:


  • Break down the Clean 
  • Learn to efficiently move through the pulls
  • Improve technique 
  • Break down the Jerk

Open to anyone with CrossFit and/or weightlifting experience 

(16 yrs and older)


Your BCF team has created a bi-monthly specialty seminar lead by two of our favorite lead coaches to help you achieve your fitness goals! Coach Ally and Coach Alise together have more than 10 years of CrossFit experience, Level 1 & 2 CrossFit certs, power monkey, and local weightlifting seminars as well as competitive weightlifting experience as a State qualifier and a 3rd place finish in their weight class.
