"A Community that SWEATS Together, STAYS Together."

We want to provide a safe, encouraging, and positive environment for adults, kids, and athletes of all ages to learn, improve, and reach their health and fitness goals. Most importantly we want to be a place that people leave healthier and happier than when they walked in.

Kids & Teen Athlete's Summer Camps

8th Annual BCF

Kids and Teen Athlete's Summer Camps

Session #1 - June 1st

Session #2 - July 13th

Varsity Camp: (7th - 12th Grade)
BCF's Varsity Camp is designed to bring high school athletes to the next level in their performance! Training is an athlete’s vessel to game-day performance, and an athlete will never rise to the occasion--he or she will fall to the level of their training. This camp is designed to help athletes raise that bar by improving their Speed, Strength, Power, Flexibility, Coordination, Agility, Accuracy, Balance, and Stamina. In our athletes summer camps, we look at every aspect on how to improve performance including nutrition. During the summer camps athletes will learn how to fuel their body for peak performance with our comprehensive athlete nutrition model!  If you truly want to give your child an edge then give them the tools needed to be the best athlete they can be and then sit back and watch them flourish! This camp will provide those tools...

JV Camp: (5th - 9th Grade)
Like the varsity camp, our primary goal is to help athletes improve their fitness by helping them develop the 10 key components of fitness. But there are some differences between the camps! Athletes will begin moving weight in the JV Camp based on their proficiency demonstrated in their movement patterns. These athletes have years of PR's ahead of them, we are more focused on developing perfect movement patterns. If an athlete can't demonstrate these patterns then they won't be moving weight until they can. This age group is prime for growth and development and they will make some huge growth over the course of the camp. But our primary goal is for them to learn how to compete in a healthy atmosphere and still have fun! We want our athletes to be athletes for life and develop a passion for fitness.

Kids Camp

Our country is being plagued by heart disease,

obesity, and un-healthy lifestyles. For the first time in the modern era our children's generations are predicted to have a shorter life span then the previous generation. Our objective for this camp is making fitness FUN! The children will work hard but our primary goal is to have each and every athlete walking out loving fitness and looking forward to the next visit. As trainers we will be teaching these young athletes how to move proficiently and become better athletes but delivered to the kids in such a way that they will be having fun in an environment that fosters positive reinforcement and a passion for being fit!

All Camps Will Include
Each camp will have different layers based on experience and development but will include different forms of Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, power lifting, vestibular work, impact loading, cardiovascular work such as running, rowing, and biking and more. The Varsity and JV camp include a detailed strength program, coupled with intense met-con workouts. Our training will provide optimal results in explosive power, speed and endurance, along with improved mobility.

One of the foundations of CrossFit is measuring fitness and these camps will be no different. We want our athletes to be able to walk away with measurable gains and useful knowledge they can utilize to help them in their individual sports. All athletes will begin with establishing a fitness baseline, and finish with post testing, providing the athletes with measurable growth.
