Hello BCF!

Week 4 Everyday Warrior has two parts.

WOD #1 will be done during regular scheduled class times on Monday.

WOD #2 will be held on Wednesday evening like the previous weeks.  Heats begin @ 6; warmups at 5:30.

This is the last week; lets finish it with a bang!!
