Where kids can be kids and learn to LOVE their body!
Each class will have different layers based on experience and development but will include different forms of Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, power lifting, vestibular work, impact loading, cardiovascular work such as running, rowing, and biking and more.
One of the foundations of CrossFit is measuring fitness and these classes will be no different. We want our kids to be able to walk away with measurable gains and useful knowledge they can utilize to help them in their individual sports.

*No Classes on 3/23 or 3/25 for Spring Break*
