Where kids can be kids and learn to LOVE their body!
Our country is being plagued by heart disease, obesity, and unhealthy lifestyles. For the first time in the modern era our children's generations are predicted to have a shorter lifespan than the previous generation. Our objective for this class is making fitness FUN! The children will work hard but our primary goal is to have each and every athlete walking out loving fitness and looking forward to the next visit. As trainers we will be teaching these young athletes how to move proficiently and become better athletes but delivered to the kids in such a way that they will be having fun in an environment that fosters positive reinforcement and a passion for being fit!
One of the foundations of CrossFit is measuring fitness and these classes will be no different. We want our kids to be able to walk away with measurable gains and useful knowledge they can utilize to help them in their individual sports.
