"A Community that SWEATS Together, STAYS Together."

We want to provide a safe, encouraging, and positive environment for adults, kids, and athletes of all ages to learn, improve, and reach their health and fitness goals. Most importantly we want to be a place that people leave healthier and happier than when they walked in.

6am Cancelled - Thursday 2/23

6 am class cancelled! If anything changes we will let you know but at this point all other classes will run as scheduled.

Thursday - No 6am Class

No 6am classes due to snow and ice- be safe and we will have regular classes beginning at 9am!

No 6am or 8am Classes - Wednesday 2/21

Well literally 5 minutes later... they cancel school! At this point we will go ahead and cancel the 6am and 8am classes. Our goal is to keep the 9am class. If anything changes we will let you know!

Weather Related Cancelations

Just a reminder BCF that we do our best to keep all classes at BCF CrossFit running even when the weather is crazy! Generally, we use the Banks School system. If school is closed we cancel the 6am class and then reevaluate for the rest of the day. Today we had class because the school canceled due to weather coming in later in the day! But tomorrow might be a different story! When in doubt please check BCF CrossFit’s website, Facebook, and Instagram for the latest updates!

Tuesday’s Classes - Snow Update

At this point all classes will be running as scheduled! We will watch the weather over the course of the day to determine the evening classes. If we need to make any adjustments we will let you know! Enjoy the snow:)

How did you hear about BCF and what made you want to join?

A friend started the day before and she was telling me about it. I thought, why not, lets give it a try! I was very intimidated by CrossFit, but I'm always up for a challenge."
I have continued with this journey for almost a year now because of the awesome environment that all the coaches and members create there!

What are your goals? Personal, professional, and athletic?

My goals for both my personal and professional lives are similar; to do the best I can do and always give it my all! I want to try and be better then I was the day before...that doesn't always happen, but I keep trying.

What is your favorite movement? Non-favorite movement?

I dont really know my favorite movement...I really like the cardio type workouts the best. Anyone who has ever worked out with my knows my least favorite- snatches! But I keep trying it and maybe someday I will like it (I doubt it, but maybe)
