We want to provide a safe, encouraging, and positive environment for adults, kids, and athletes of all ages to learn, improve, and reach their health and fitness goals. Most importantly we want to be a place that people leave healthier and happier than when they walked in.
BCF's Christmas party will be on Friday, December 9th at 7pm.
White Elephant Gift Exchange: All ages are welcome! In an effort to make this affordable we would like to keep the cost under $20 per person. Anything is fair game but remember to keep it family friendly:)
Refreshments: Please bring a main dish, snack, or desert to share. We will provide water, plates, bowls, napkins, and silverware. Also feel free to bring your own drinks or to share:)
Additional Items to Bring: Please bring chair(s).
This is a family event so, bring your entire family, even if they don't CrossFit!

Hello everyone! We will be closed for Thanksgiving Day on Thursday, November 24th.
On Friday, November 25th the schedule is updated to:
NO 6:00 am & 8:00 am classes.
All other classes are available: 9:00am, 4:15pm, 5:30pm, 6:30 pm.

Week 4 Everyday Warrior has two parts.
WOD #1 will be done during regular scheduled class times on Monday.
WOD #2 will be held on Wednesday evening like the previous weeks. Heats begin @ 6; warmups at 5:30.
This is the last week; lets finish it with a bang!!

In an effort to protect the BCF members that have been working their tails off in the strength enhancement program, we will be moving the Everyday Warrior weekly event to Wednesday evenings starting at 6:00 pm. Athletes can begin showing up at 5:30 for heat sign up and to begin to loosen up before we kick of the festivities!
This year is shaping up to be an awesome year and we are so pumped! If for some reason you absolutely can't make the Wednesday evening slot you will be allowed to go Thursday evening. The morning crews will go Wednesday as well.
