We’ve all been there - #thenewguy.

With it being the new year we’re sure most of you are seeing lots of unfamiliar faces. We’re always blown away by how amazing our community is at welcoming new people, and we’d like to take this time to thank you for this.

Most of us have been in their position - you’re taking a chance on a new place. Maybe your old gym closed, or it was time to try something new, or you’re new in town… whatever the reason, it feels good when someone takes the time to say, “Hi.πŸ™‚”. Remember how scary or nerve-wracking it was the first time you walked in our doors and how much impact you can have on that person’s visit by being welcoming and encouraging.

❄️ INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICIES ❄️

WHEN

Cancellations to the 5 and 6am classes will be made by 10pm the night prior. We will wait until the next morning to assess the situation and make a decision for other classes. Our goal is to have cancellations out at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled class.
