Hi everyone, my name is Heather Clements. I am excited that you are here and interested in learning more about the yoga program offered at BCF CrossFit. Thank you so much for your support. 


I have been practicing yoga off and on since I was a teenager and reignited my love for it as an adult when I took a training course to deepen my personal practice. Yoga is foundational to everything that we do and teaches the body how to support and stabilize through bodyweight movement. If you are working toward being a stronger lifter, yoga needs to be part of your weekly routine. Lift heavy and stretch deeply to be the most well rounded athlete.  


I have a background in behavioral coaching through Arizona State University and love listening to people stories and how they have changed their lives. I am a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and a Certified Personal Trainer. I weight lift 5 days a week and find meditation in movement. 


My family is my reason for all that I do. I am Mom to three little boys, Cameron, Elijah , and Greyson. I have also been a surrogate three times and am so glad to have those experiences as part of my life story. I am an open book about my experiences and would love to share with you if you have any questions. 


Class Descriptions:

Power Yoga- This is your more traditional yoga style, breathwork combined with classic yoga poses in a flowing fashion. We get sweaty and build stamina in our breathing. If you struggle to catch your breath in CrossFit, this class is where you get to practice that controlled breath and improve your cardiovascular endurance.

Gentle Mobility - I call this class Low & Slow because we stay close to the ground and spend more time in each of the poses. We work on building strength in stretched positions and expanding the breath into the tension that our bodies hold to find release. If you have hip, back, neck, or shoulder pain, this class will get you out of pain and back to moving normally.

Monthly Unlimited Classes - $100

Cancellation Policy:
24-hour notice must be given except in the case of emergencies. Without 24-hour notice, class price or package class will be forfeit. Class sizes are currently limited to 10 members and I would love to be able to fill those always. This notice is to give me time to fill the spot in class if there is a waitlist. Thank you for your understanding.
