BCF Crossfit is hosting our 4th Annual New Years Challenge!

There you can print off the instruction packet and read up on the nutrition guidelines. Pick a partner that is motivating and that will hold you accountable and get this New Year rolling right!!
There won't be a meeting- the packets provide all the information you need. However if you have a question, you can ask one of the trainers.
Our goal is 25 teams- that is $500 for a charity, school, family in need, ect. of you and your partners choice!

BCF Christmas Party is tonight at 6:30 pm! Bring a food dish to share, and a white elephant gift if you'd like to participate. Can't wait to see you all there!

Final Everyday Warrior WOD and Thursday Closure
Hi All!! Just a reminder that BCF will be closed on Thursday, November 26th for Thanksgiving Day. Please enjoy the holiday with your families and friends. We will be open normal hours on Wednesday, and Friday.
The Final Everyday Warrior WOD will be Saturday, November 28th at 10 am. Please come enjoy the final WOD and/or cheer on your friends. Afterward, we will be going out to eat as a group- located TBD at this time.
Note: There will be no Saturday 9 am class.

Save the Date for BCF's Christmas Party
BCF's Christmas party will be on Friday, December 18th at 6:30pm
Here are some of the details but more will be coming out soon!
White Elephant Gift Exchange: All ages are welcome! In an effort to make this affordable we would like to keep the cost under $20 per person. Anything is fair game but remember to keep it family friendly:)
Refreshments: Please bring a main dish, snack, or desert to share. We will provide water, plates, bowls, napkins, and silverware. Also feel free to bring your own drinks or to share:)
Additional Items to Bring: Please bring chair(s). If you have tables and or extra chairs you are able to bring contact Bethany.
This is a family event so, bring your entire family, even if they don't CrossFit!

BCF Veteran's Day WOD- Saturday, November 14th
