BCF's Teen Athletes class is designed to bring high school athletes to the next level in their performance! Training is an athlete’s vessel to game-day performance, and an athlete will never rise to the occasion--he or she will fall to the level of their training. This class is designed to help athletes raise that bar by improving their Speed, Strength, Power, Flexibility, Coordination, Agility, Accuracy, Balance, and Stamina. In our athletes class, we look at every aspect on how to improve performance including nutrition. During this class athletes will learn how to fuel their body for peak performance with our comprehensive athlete nutrition model! We want our athletes to be able to walk away with measurable gains and useful knowledge they can utilize to help them in their individual sports. All athletes will begin with establishing a fitness baseline, and finish with post testing, providing the athletes with measurable growth.
