All About Your Coach:

This course will be taught by Trevor Exline, who has over seven years of Olympic lifting coaching experience. He holds USA Weightlifting Level 1 Certification, USA Advanced Weightlifting Level 2, CrossFit Level 1 and Level 2, and multiple certifications from some of the top coaches and camps in the country (Power Monkey, CrossFit HQ, and Power Athlete).

Program Dates & Schedule:

October 1st - November 10th

Sunday's 5:30 - 6:30pm
Tuesday's 7:30 -8:30pm
Plus one day of Homework

BCF Members $110 per cycle
Non-BCF Members $160 per cycle

Please note there will be no refunds. This is a 6 week cycle in which the payment is due prior to the start of class.
