Program Dates:

August 15th through October 8th
  • First come with payment secures spot.
  • There are only 12 spots so don't delay in registering.


Tuesday's at 6:30pm
Saturday's at 8:00am

You are not allowed to do your Oly programming during regular CrossFit classes. 


BCF Members $50 per cycle
Non-BCF Members $100 per cycle

Please note there will be no refunds. This is not a revolving door class, it's a two month cycle.
