All About Your Coach:This course will be taught by Alise Enriquez under the direction of Trevor Exline who has over seven years of Olympic lifting coaching experience. He holds USA Weightlifting Level 1 Certification, USA Advanced Weightlifting Level 2, CrossFit Level 1 and Level 2, and multiple certifications from some of the top coaches and camps in the country (Power Monkey, CrossFit HQ, and Power Athlete).
Alise has been coaching for over two years at BCF. Her outstanding work ethic transformed her into a competitive CrossFit athlete. Following her passion for Oly, Alise has become a remote athlete with Eastside Barbell Club in Springfield, Oregon. Since then she has place in two Sanctioned Meets, and currently training for the American Open Three, and is training to compete a Masters Athlete at the National levels. Her goal is to work on athletes perfecting positions, as well as becoming a better overall lifter.
