"A Community that SWEATS Together, STAYS Together."

We want to provide a safe, encouraging, and positive environment for adults, kids, and athletes of all ages to learn, improve, and reach their health and fitness goals. Most importantly we want to be a place that people leave healthier and happier than when they walked in.

How did you hear about BCF and what made you want to join?

A friend started the day before and she was telling me about it. I thought, why not, lets give it a try! I was very intimidated by CrossFit, but I'm always up for a challenge."
I have continued with this journey for almost a year now because of the awesome environment that all the coaches and members create there!

What are your goals? Personal, professional, and athletic?

My goals for both my personal and professional lives are similar; to do the best I can do and always give it my all! I want to try and be better then I was the day before...that doesn't always happen, but I keep trying.

What is your favorite movement? Non-favorite movement?

I dont really know my favorite movement...I really like the cardio type workouts the best. Anyone who has ever worked out with my knows my least favorite- snatches! But I keep trying it and maybe someday I will like it (I doubt it, but maybe)
