"A Community that SWEATS Together, STAYS Together."

We want to provide a safe, encouraging, and positive environment for adults, kids, and athletes of all ages to learn, improve, and reach their health and fitness goals. Most importantly we want to be a place that people leave healthier and happier than when they walked in.

How the day goes:

Every team will compete in 3 WODs. There will be multiple heats per WOD, plus some transition time, so you will definitely have some down-time to eat and rest. Take advantage of this time! Take caution in what you eat and when you eat... but definitely eat!! And definitely replenish your fluids.

Questions Day-Of?

Please direct all questions, etc. to Coach Ally! We are trying to allow Trevor and Bethany to focus on being athletes. :)

We are still looking for a few Judges!

If you are available to judge, even if for only a single WOD, please let Bethany know asap by emailing her at bexlinebcf@gmail.com.

And last but not least, HAVE FUN!!!

As far as competitions go, this is as low-key as you can get and against our "sister box". Of course everyone wants to do well and as coaches we hear all the time, "I don't want to let my partner down"... but what is the point if you are not having fun?! Have fun, folks!!

GOOD LUCK!
