Gymnastics in CrossFit is used to describe movements without an external load (i.e. air squat, push-up, pull-up, etc.). As you can see in the CrossFit Theoretical Hierarchy of Development, Gymnastics is one of the foundational pieces in which everything else is built off! When gymnastics is performed properly, you will greatly improve your fitness level and positively impact your other movements as a result!
All About Your Coach
This course will be taught by Trevor Exline, who has over six years of CrossFit Gymnastics coaching experience. He holds a CrossFit's Gymnastics Certification, CrossFit Level 1 and Level 2, and multiple certifications from some of the top gymnastic coaches and camps in the country (Power Monkey and CrossFit HQ).
This Course Includes
6-weeks of building strength for pull-ups, push-ups, rope climbs, handstand holds/walks/push-ups, muscle-ups, and much more! This course is for ALL athletes from Novice to Advanced! I guarantee you will become stronger, more confident, in our positive BCF atmosphere!
