2018 Gymnastics Course
WHAT IS GYMNASTICS?Gymnastics in CrossFit is used to describe movements without an external load (i.e. air squat, push-up, pull-up, etc.). As you can see in the CrossFit Theoretical Hierarchy of Development, Gymnastics one of the foundational pieces in which everything else is built off of! So when gymnastics is performed properly, you will greatly improve your fitness level and will positively impact your other weightlifting movements as a result!
IN THIS COURSE:In this 8-week course we will work on building strength for pull-ups, push-ups, rope climbs, handstand holds/walks/push-ups, muscle-ups, and much more! This course is for ALL athletes from Novice to Advanced! I guarantee you will become stronger and much more confident in yourself as an athlete!

Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30pm
- Non-members: please stop by the facility to submit either cash or check payment and add your name to the list. Here are links to our address so you can find us and our hours so you know when the facility is open.
- Non-members will need to sign a BCF CrossFit waiver
