Women's Strength Program

Women's Strength is about women empowering women. In an intimate setting athletes are coached to tap into that place from within where the pure, raw strength comes from.
An emphasis is placed on mental preparedness and eliminating distractions. No phones, kiddos or significant others - we're taking pen to paper here in our weight calculations and, giving ourselves an undistracted hour to better our minds, bodies and souls. Because that is what weightlifting can do for a woman -- it's more than just weights. When we go internally to harness the physical strength, we are often surprised at the mental and emotional gains as well.

Ladies ages 16+, any ability level

Intro: June 2 at 10:30am
Classes begin: June 5, Tuesdays & Thursdays from 6:30-7:30pm for 6 weeks
COST:
BCF Members: $75
Non-Members: $125

- Limit 12 athletes
