"A Community that SWEATS Together, STAYS Together."

We want to provide a safe, encouraging, and positive environment for adults, kids, and athletes of all ages to learn, improve, and reach their health and fitness goals. Most importantly we want to be a place that people leave healthier and happier than when they walked in.

May Athlete of the Month-Tyler Exline

The amazing thing about CrossFit is that is can be a family activity! And that is just what the Exline's do! On a daily basis you will see the WHOLE family at the box together. It's really a neat thing to witness. Tyler has literally grown up in the box the last 5 years and his progress and strength has grown. He was chosen to be Athlete of the Month because of his hard work and dedication in all aspects of his life and ultimately landing himself in the top! He ended his 2018 CrossFit Open experience, finishing number 113 in the WORLD among boys ages 14-15! Pretty dang awesome coming from a small town box!
