Tuesday, July 29th

Trevor and I were working out and Brayden decided to get a bar out and work on his Deadlift form. He still needs a little work but not bad for a 7 year old:)


Ring Dips 4x max effort
Superset with
4x 45 second (accumulate if needed)
Split L-Sit, L-Sit, or Hallow Hold


Grace or Isabell "Athletes Choice"

Rest as a group for 5 minutes

Then run 1 mile for time :)
