1 minute max squat cleans (135/95)
1 minute max push jerk
2 minute max squat cleans
2 minute max push jerk
3 minute max squat cleans
3 minute max push jerk
With a partner, pt 1 works while pt 2 rests. Switch every round. One athlete does 1 min of s. cleans then partner 2 does 1 min. of s. cleans etc.
