- Masters Men and Women 40-44 (Born on or between 7/15/69 and 7/14/74)
- Masters Men and Women 45-49 (Born on or between 7/15/64 and 7/14/69)
- Masters Men and Women 50-54 (Born on or between 7/15/59 and 7/14/64)
- Masters Men and Women 55-59 (Born on or between 7/15/54 and 7/14/59)
- Masters Men and Women 60+ (Born on or before 7/14/54)
If you are Competing...The first workout comes out Thursday, February 27th at 5pm. You have until that Monday to complete the WOD and submit your scores. This set-up will continue for the next 5 weeks. We have put together 2 time slots for you to complete your workout with a certified judge. During these times we will be helping each other to videotape movements.
Any athletes sitting on the fence, we understand this whole process may seem intimidating but it is meant to be a fun and exciting process and a great way to add a little zest to your training. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask!
PS...We would like to get as much support for these athletes as possible, so please don't hesitate to come support them even if you are not planning on competing! A great environment will help lift them to new heights:)
