Directions2 eggs per 1 banana
(For the 4 of us we used 4 bananas and 8 eggs. We were full after and had a little left in the bowl)
- Mix banana and eggs with a mixer
- Put a little coconut oil in the pan (very little and every other batch)
- Pour small pancake, easier to flip
- Cook on med/high heat until brown on both sides
- Pour "real" maple syrup on them and enjoy:)
We liked adding a little peanut butter with our syrup.
